My daughter, Charity, floored me with this picture she painted a few years ago!
This Chick! I was speechless and in awe. I asked her the title. She said “My Tears Are Blooming Flowers”. Whew! THAT immediately became my most 2nd favorite quote in the world. This is a powerful, symbolic picture and her reasoning behind it will be an upcoming video. (If I can get her to speak about it on camera (LOL)) It speaks different things to different people but the bottom line is, the tears we cry can be turned into something so BEAUTIFUL. In the globes, she put some things like bills, love, school and lost hope. What are some of the things you’d put there? At times, we carry so much. Just be encouraged and look at your tears as FERTILIZER falling on FERTILE GROUND that WILL produce FLOWERS. They are not in vain nor a sign of weakness. Sometimes a good cry releases the pressure! Allow God to give you strength even in the midst of your tears. We are not promised a trouble free life but God did promise that He would never leave us nor forsake us.(Hebrews 13:5b) He did tell us that He will work things out for our good according to His purposes. (Romans 8:28) And, so sweetly and lovingly of Him, He keeps a record of all our tears. (Psalms 56:8)
Please feel free to share with me what this painting says to you!
